Davina - Exceptional Leadership and Outbound Marketing Expertise

Before joining Palmoro, Davina was the founder and CEO of BookBrowse until it's recent acquisition. Under her leadership BookBrowse grew to become one of the internet's leading resources for book club members and those who read to expand their horizons winning numerous awards, and Davina became a popular speaker in conferences and trade shows.

Before founding BookBrowse, Davina's speciality was advertising and promotions. She held a variety of secior advertising, marketing and research roles for a range of products including confectionary, bottled water, dog food, banks and cheese.

Paul - Inbound Marketing Leadership

Paul Morgan-Witts has more than 23 years of marketing experience delivering results for high-technology firms.

Through a variety of senior management and leadership positions including sales, operations, and strategic planning, Paul has had a direct impact on the growth of hundreds of products. It is what he loves to do! And he happens to be very good at it.

Prior to forming Palmoro, Paul held a number of senior roles at Hewlett-Packard. In his last position in HP, he had global responsibility for enterprise competitor attack programs, coordinating activities across HP divisions to aggressively take share from HP's key enterprise competitors: IBM, Sun and EMC. These programs contributed over $400m to HP revenues within 2 years. Prior to this, Paul was the worldwide marketing (VP of marketing) for Hewlett-Packard's Mobile Computing Division. Overseeing his management team, he defined the products, determined new investment areas, and managing the product line. Under Morgan-Witts' guidance the Mobile Computing Division expanded into new markets (including US retail), and was the fastest growing notebook vendor in the world. It reported over 700% unit growth over 3 years, and turnover grew from $800m to $2bn.

He also held strategic marketing positions in a number of server, storage and software divisions in HP, giving him broad experience in multiple technology, business, and market segments.

Following this successful careeer at HP, Paul was Vice President of BookBrowse LLC, a leading website for book lovers.
